Research and Development Center
To enhance the competitiveness of the company and foster continuous innovation, the company established a Research and Development Center in 2015. Subsequently, it has acquired the titles of Zhaoqing City Efficient Recycling and Utilization Engineering Technology Research Center for Secondary Aluminum Resources, Guangdong Provincial Engineering Technology Research Center for Recycling and Reuse of Waste Resources, Guangdong Provincial High-Tech Enterprise, and Guangdong Provincial Enterprise Technology Center.
After years of research and development, as of May 2022, the company has obtained 10 utility patents, 57 design patents, 8 software copyrights, and 2 high-tech products.
Research and Development Team
The R&D team is composed of 39 members, including 1 master's degree holder, 9 undergraduate degree holders, 1 senior engineer, and 3 engineers. There are 12 full-time R&D professionals with expertise spanning various fields, including materials, environmental science, mechanical engineering, finance, and management.
The R&D team has a dedicated Expert Advisory Committee, consisting of four experts:
Expert 1: Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and Chief Engineer of the Nonferrous Metallurgy Design and Research Institute in Nanchang.
Expert 2: Professor at the School of Materials Science and Engineering, University of Science and Technology Beijing, and a doctoral supervisor.
Expert 3: Technical Director of the Recycling Metals Division of the China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association.
Expert 4: Researcher at the Institute of Materials and Processing Technology, Guangdong Academy of Sciences, with a Ph.D.

1、Waste Aluminum Residue Heat Drying and Pollution Removal Technology Research
Content:By utilizing the waste heat from the melting furnace to heat and dry the waste metal in the rotary drum, the carbonization and decomposition of oil and impurities on the metal surface are achieved, resulting in cleaner waste metal entering the melting furnace. This technology not only recycles the waste heat from the melting furnace but also significantly improves the recycling rate of waste metals.

2、Research on Automated Batch Charging and Furnace Charging Process Technology for Recycled Aluminum Production
Content: By designing guide channels and flow restriction baffles for the loading and feeding devices for recycled metals to achieve automatic control of the feeding rate. Through the design of the air curtain heating device, heat is prevented from dissipating outward, serving the purpose of heat retention.

3、Research and Development of Fast and Convenient Refining and Degassing Equipment
Content:Building upon the first-generation "Automatic Refining Machine" developed through independent research, the second-generation "Automatic Refining Machine" was designed and developed with two refining pipes, optimized structural design, and PLC programming control for remote operation. This greatly enhances refining efficiency and reduces manual labor intensity.

Industry-Academia-Research Collaboration
In order to enhance our company's research capabilities and address technical challenges encountered in the production and research and development processes, and to provide a teaching and experimentation platform for professional research institutions, promoting technical exchange, talent development, and collaborative research on projects, our company initiated industry-academia-research collaboration in 2015.
Currently collaborating with the Guangdong Materials and Processing Research Institute, Jiangsu University of Science and Technology, the Chinese Nonferrous Metal Recycled Metal Institute, and research on high-performance aluminum alloy materials and industrialization for new energy vehicles.
R&D Achievement: Ranked First in the World for Number of Patent Applications
According to statistics from relevant research institutions, as of May 2022, Zhaoqing Nandu Recycling Aluminum Co., Ltd. has accumulated a total of 73 patents for recycled aluminum, ranking first globally. ТРУСОВ ВЛАДИМИР АЛЕКСАНДРОВИЧ has applied for 49 patents, ranking second worldwide. Coline Limited and Beijing University of Science and Technology rank third and fourth globally in the number of patents applied for recycled aluminum, with 48 and 40 patent applications, respectively.
