Clean natural gas is used as a fuel, ensuring high efficiency, energy conservation, cleanliness, and the elimination of emissions of pollutants such as sulfur dioxide.
Noise Control
Energy-efficient and environmentally friendly low-noise equipment is employed, and comprehensive measures are taken to control noise sources, including soundproofing, shock absorption, isolation, sound absorption, and noise reduction. Greenery is also planted within and around the factory to reduce noise emissions.
Air Pollution Control
The primary sources of air pollution in the project are combustion emissions and smelting fumes. They are collected and processed to meet emission standards through Low-Pressure Pulse Baghouse Dust Collectors (LSDM).
Wastewater Treatment
The wastewater primarily originates from domestic sewage, with separate systems for rainwater and sewage. It is collected, treated through the plant's wastewater treatment system, and discharged into the base's sewage plant in compliance with standards. Cooling water for aluminum ingots and water for flotation washing are both recycled and treated in a circulating water tank for reuse within the plant
Solid Waste Management
Solid waste generated from sorting and smelting production is sorted and managed accordingly. A dedicated storage facility is established to store these wastes in accordance with specific regulations, and disposal is carried out by qualified entities.
