In 2010, WKY established Zhaoqing Southern Aluminum Recycling Ltd. in Sihui, Guangdong Province. Southern Aluminum Recycling covers an area of 90,700 square meters, with a registered capital of 12 million U.S. dollars. Its main business is the recycling of waste aluminum, aluminum alloy melting, production, and sales. It sorts and recycles 150,000 tons of waste aluminum per year and produces 100,000 tons of aluminum alloy ingots annually. Southern Aluminum Recycling adheres to the concept of energy conservation, reduction of carbon emissions, and green development, and has won the trust of customers with its high-quality products. Zhaoqing Dongyin Aluminum Ltd. is a foreign-invested enterprise and the second investment of the investor in mainland China, based on the rapid development of China's automotive manufacturing industry. The company specializes in the production and sales of cast aluminum alloys. Dongyin Aluminum Industry is located in the Asia Pacific metal recycling resource industrial park in Sihui City, Guangdong Province. The park has been approved and accepted by the National Environmental Protection Agency for construction. The factory covers an area of 20,000 square meters with an annual designed capacity of 60,000 tons of high-quality aluminum alloys. The company has been awarded honors such as "AAA Enterprise Credit Rating", "Contract-abiding and Trustworthy Unit", and "Excellent Supplier" for consecutive years. We currently employ around 180 workers, with a designed annual production capacity of 60,000 tons. Hongjing New Materials (Yunnan) Ltd. was established in 2021 with a total investment of HKD 200 million and covers an area of 80 acres. The project is designed to produce 70,000 tons annually and is planned to carry out vertical deep processing of aluminum liquid. Leveraging the high-quality customer resources in the group's existing fuel vehicles and communication appliances industries, we aim to create a comprehensive project that integrates green, low-carbon, and new energy automobile and 5G/6G communication aluminum alloy products casting, forging, extrusion, and fine processing.
After the completion of the project, the annual output value will exceed RMB 2 billion, contributing to the construction of the "green aluminum" industry in Heqing, Yunnan, and the strategic deployment of China's "manufacturing powerhouse."
